API Task Delegation Strategy

As a (technical) product manager lately, when I create a new task:

  1. If simple -> ask Claude Code to work on it, take it up on myself to release this. Remaining to see if this can scale and i keep up with the releases.
  2. If not simple -> Add it to the backlog for an engineer to pick up.
