As a (technical) product manager lately, when I create a new task: If simple -> ask Claude Code to work on it, take it up on myself to release this. Remaining to see if this can scale and i keep up with the releases. If not simple -> Add it to the backlog for an engineer to pick up.

As a product manager, I have created several agents to delegate areas of my work. I have one for backlog grooming, one responsible for maintaining metrics and analytics and one for design reviews. The recent Claude Code upgrades have made this possible.
